The Process

 

• Think about your strengths and weaknesses and write them down.
• Think about what your expectations are and write them down.
• Set five clear and achievable goals.
• Talk to your Mentee/Mentor about what you perceive to be your strengths and weaknesses, what your expectations are.
• Talk about what each of your five goals are.
• Work out which goal you think is most important.
• Work together to achieve that goal.
• When one goal is achieved – move on to the next one.
• When you have worked through your goals recap what has been achieved.
• It may be helpful for you to write down or keep a record or checklist of your goals.
• Then discuss with your Mentee/Mentor what your next goals will be and work through the process again with these new goals.

 

After all if nothing changes, then nothing changes. So get started and change!
